Shared / Collaborated Qualtrics surveys

You'll need to request re-collaboration for any surveys which have been shared / collaborated with you and also resubmit new collaborations for your own surveys that are shared.

Ask someone to collaborate with you again

If the collaborated user is on an old departmental version of Qualtrics (purchased by that department), we recommend that they migrate their account first before making a new collaboration with you.    

Share your new username (which will be your Kent login). with your former collaborator. 

If they’re external to Kent, you’ll be sent a collaboration code via email

Reshare your own surveys

Old collaborations with users no longer active

If you have had your Qualtrics account for a long time, it’s likely that you will have old collaborated surveys, where the original user has left or is inactive.  

There’s not much you can do, apart from contact the collaborator to collaborate from their new account (if they have one) or (if you have permission), you can export a copy of the survey and import into your new instance. If it’s a survey that you no longer need, you may want to consider archiving a local copy for housekeeping purposes.
