Our School represents a dynamic and diverse community of psychologists committed to equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in diverse careers. Our mission is to foster critical thinkers and adaptable professionals who contribute meaningfully to their fields and make a positive impact on society.

We are a leading centre of research and teaching in theoretical and applied psychology. All of our students also conduct research. Undergraduates and postgraduates are able to work on staff research via experience schemes, and all carry out their own research

The Tizard Centre is at the forefront of research into autism, intellectual disability and community care.
