The online store for alumni degree certificates, alumni transcripts and alumni status letters will close from Sunday 7 December and re-open on Friday 2 January 2026.
Orders and emails will be processed on our return on a first come, first served basis - please do not resend your original request.

The Student Record Administration Office (SRAO) teams are responsible for student registration, Online Module Registration, student record updating, operational management of exams (including Inclusive Learning Plan arrangements), exam result processing, current and alumni document processing, timetabling and academic data changes.
