The online store will close from Wednesday 18 December 2024 and reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025. Items such as lost ID cards, alumni degree certificates, alumni transcripts and alumni status letters, along with any emails, will be processed on our return on a first come, first served basis - please do not resend your original request.

The Student Record Administration Office (SRAO) teams are responsible for student registration, Online Module Registration, student record updating, operational management of exams (including Inclusive Learning Plan arrangements), exam result processing, current and alumni document processing, timetabling and academic data changes.
