The Arrivals Hub is now closed.
The Arrivals Hub is now closed* and will next be open in September 2025.
Until then, you can visit Nexus in the Templeman Library; go in the main entrance, through the turnstiles, and take the first right.
*University of Kent International College (UKIC) students can continue to visit the team in the Nexus area to register. The team will leave the library on Friday 24 January and can then be found in the Cornwallis Octagon.
What is the Arrivals Hub?
The Arrivals Hub brings together administrative teams to help you in person, whether you are a new or returning student. The Arrivals Hub is based on our Canterbury campus - see below for information about Medway arrivals.
While the Arrivals Hub is closed, you can visit Nexus in the Templeman Library.
Medway arrivals
Please visit the Student Record Administration Office in room M0-10 (ground floor, Medway building) to collect your KentOne student ID card. The Student Record Administration Office is open 10.00-16.00 Monday to Fridays.
ID card collection
Please allow 48 hours between receiving your registration confirmation email and going to collect your ID card.
