The Arrivals Hub opens soon!
The Arrivals Hub is currently closed and will next open on Saturday 27 September 2025.
Until then, you can visit Nexus in the Templeman Library; go in the main entrance, through the turnstiles, and take the first right.

What is the Arrivals Hub?
The Arrivals Hub brings together administrative teams to help you in person, whether you are a new or returning student. It's the place to go to get your KentOne ID card, pay your fees and show us your visa status (if you are an international student).
The Arrivals Hub is based on our Canterbury campus - see below for information about Medway arrivals.
The Arrivals Hub will be split into zones:

Visa holders and EU/EEA students (not yet registered as Kent students)
- Visa checks
- Qualification checks
- You will be emailed if you need to do this - please bring original copies of your qualifications
- In person registration
- You must have completed enrolment in order to be registered
- Collect your ID card

British, Irish and EU/EEA students (registered as Kent students)

- Enrolment and registration
- Online Module Registration (OMR)
- Council tax exemption letter (downloadable from KentVision)

Finance teams (all students)
- Accommodation fee payments

- Financial Aid advice:
- Access to Learning Fund information
- Student loans
- Bursary payments
- Overseas tuition fee appeals

When will the Arrivals Hub be open?
The Arrivals Hub will open on Arrivals Weekend - Saturday 27 September (10.00-17.00) and Sunday 28 September (10.00-16.00).
It will continue to open 9.30-16.30, Monday to Friday, from Monday 29 September to Tuesday 21 October 2025.
Monday 20 October 2025 is the last date by which you must have enrolled and been registered as a student at the University of Kent.

Medway arrivals
ID card collection
Please allow 48 hours between receiving your registration confirmation email and going to collect your ID card.
Sat 27 September - Fri 3 October
Please visit the Oasis Lounge on the first floor of the Medway building between 10.00 and 16.00 to collect your student ID card.
Monday 6 October onwards
Please visit the Student Record Administration Office in room M0-10 (ground floor, Medway building) to collect your student ID card. The Student Record Administration Office is open 10.00-16.00 Monday to Fridays.
