The Student Fee Collections office is based in DG03 in the Nexus area of the library and offer in-person drop-in sessions. You can also request a private in person meeting.

Student Funding Office
The Student Funding Office are here to help answer queries regarding the Kent Financial Support Package (KFSP) or the additional student funds.
They are available Monday-Friday from 10:00-16:00 via telephone and email. Phone lines are closed for lunch 12:30 until 13:30. Virtual appointments are available on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Foreign Loans Office
The Foreign Loans Office are here to help you if you are applying for US Federal Direct loans (using FAFSA), US Private loans, US Veterans Educational (GI Bill) Benefits, and Segal AmeriCorps Education Awards. They can also answer queries relating to other foreign government loans, i.e. Canadian Student Loans.
