A framework to develop your global skills, citizenship and cultural awareness.
Global Learning is linked to Global Citizenship, developing students to be open-minded, bring a sense of identity and community, respectful of diverse perspectives. Students gain the skills, knowledge, behaviours and attitudes to work collaboratively and in cross-cultural contexts.
Global Learning takes place through a variety of experiences and global opportunities during your time at Kent. We've organised these into three categories to help you find what works for you: Study, Get Involved and Have Fun. You can then reflect and assess your cultural intelligence through our Kent Global Passport.
You can add a global dimension to your studies through choosing globally engaged modules, explore international aspects in your research, exchange views within your international classroom, or consider study or work abroad as part of your degree.
