This page contains the Student Support and Wellbeing (SSW) online registration form, as well as information on the registration process and a video guide to using our online registration system.
The online registration process
Why do I need to register?
In order to access many services from Student Support and Wellbeing, you need to be registered with us.
This means that your details will be entered into our system, and we can begin collecting any evidence we may need before we can help put in place support for you.
If you're not sure whether you are already registered with SSW, please contact us.
Can't register online?
Online registration is the most efficient way to provide us with the information we need to offer you the most appropriate support. However, if you experience any difficulties with online registration, please contact us for an alternative method.
You don't need to register if you would like a counselling appointment
If you're interested in having free confidential counselling from Student Support and Wellbeing, you do not need to complete the below registration form. Instead, please email Counselling@kent.ac.uk if your course is based at Canterbury or MedwayCounselling@kent.ac.uk if your course is based at Medway.

Student Support and Wellbeing Registration Form
Use this form to register with Student Support and Wellbeing for the first time.
- If you have previously had additional time for exams or deadlines, please explain the need for this, and be prepared to submit relevant evidence.
- If you have a preference for a particular gender of adviser, please let the reception team know this when booking an appointment, rather than during the registration process.
