Targets and Performance Indicators
Student Success has targets and performance indicators aligned with the University Access and Participation Plan. The Access and Participation Plan 2024-2028 (APP) includes University specific targets for Student Success within the following target groups, based on 2016/17 and 2017/18 data.
Reduce White / Black attainment gap to 10%
Reduce White/Asian attainment gap to 3%
Reduce White/Other attainment gap to 8%
Reduce White/Mixed attainment gap to 5%
Reduce IMD Q1/Q5 non-completion gap to 2%
Reduce IMD Q1/Q5 attainment gap to 10%
Reduce Mature/Young student continuation gap to 3%
Reduce Mature/Young student completion gap to 4.5%
Reduce disability* completion gap to 0.5%
*Disability refers to declared disability/no declared disability

Each year we run programmes to support you in obtaining your degree. We want to make sure you get the most out of your time at Kent and working across different Schools you can find a vast range of programmes to fit your needs and development areas.
Find a programme for you or contact your School staff team to see what sessions are running in the coming weeks. We run several events throughout the year with different departments.
