The Templeman Library is a popular filming and photography location.  We will support most requests, unless your proposal risks disturbing other library users or we consider the film content unsuitable. 

• No filming or photography are allowed in the silent study areas
• Avoid making noise and disturbing other library users 
• Don't film or take photos of library users or staff without permission - use the University's photographic and audio-visual release/consent form (pdf)  

1. Apply at least one week in advance.
2. Submit a filming/photography approval request. This form includes a risk assessment: to complete it you need to think about any hazards that may be associated with your activity and how to mitigate them.
