Exhibitions and displays in the Library

Ask us if you can host your exhibition, artwork or book display in the Templeman Library.

We welcome exhibitions and displays that:

  • complement and link to our library collections or the disciplines delivered at the University
  • reflect inclusive and wide ranging experiences of University students and staff
  • showcase and share University learnings and research
  • support national and local diversity month (Black History, LGBTQ+, Disability, etc) events and activities

Display locations and options

  • The Gallery on Floor 1, Block D
  • The Templeman Library Atrium, Ground Floor, Block A
  • Display area in the Library Café, with book and poster display furniture and wall space
  • Digital displays can be considered on our digital screens in the Templeman Library.

How to apply

Contact us: 

  • 3 months in advance for a gallery exhibition
  • One month in advance for other displays
