I have worked at the University of Kent for over 10 years, working in student-facing roles, supporting students' employability, and more recently I have been working directly with employers to build early careers opportunities for students. 
I work closely with employers to create valuable opportunities for students, including graduate roles, internships, placements, events and curriculum-based projects. My role focuses on building strong relationships that connect students with graduate employers, helping them to gain experience and skills for their future careers. 
I enjoy collaborating with employers from a diverse range of sectors, to support their recruitment activities, and I am always open to discuss new partnerships and ways of working together.
