What is an Inclusive Learning Plan (ILP)?
Inclusive Learning Plans (ILPs) specify reasonable adjustments for the programme of study, including assessments, and exams. You will usually be asked to provide medical evidence. You should contact Student Support and Wellbeing as soon as possible if you think you might need adapted arrangements for exams.

When is the deadline to apply for an ILP for 2025/26 exams?
For 2025/26 exam adjustments, you need to apply for an ILP by 7 November 2025.
How to view your ILP
Go to Kent Vision and click on the Current Students tab.
Go to My Student Support and click on View my ILP.
How do I get an ILP?
If you haven't already, register with Student Support and Wellbeing online.
Provide medical evidence or Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) report to Student Support and Wellbeing.
You'll have a meeting with your Disability, Mental Health, and/or SpLD adviser to discuss your ILP.
Your Adviser will write your ILP, which will be communicated to your School.
If you need changes or additions to your ILP, you can review it with your Adviser.
