Membership options and benefits
All University of Kent undergraduate and postgraduate students are welcome to become members of Kent Sport and enjoy the fantastic facilities across the Canterbury campus.
We have three different membership options, depending on what you want to do.
Premium Plus
Our all-inclusive option includes:
- All Plus member benefits
- Unlimited use of our gym and fitness spaces
- In-person and Virtual Instructor fitness classes
- UNIversal gym membership
- Seven-day advance booking
Plus
Our sports-only option includes:
- Bookings for our sports halls, artificial pitches, and indoor tennis courts
- Access to sports club training sessions
- Free access to ALL Active sessions
- Seven-day advance booking
Pay to Play
Our pay-per-session option includes:
- Access to all sport and fitness facilities on a pay-per-session basis
- No joining fee. Low-commitment option
- Three-day advance booking

There are two payment options for our Premium Plus membership:

Plus membership
Your sports-only membership

Pay to Play membership
Your pay-as-you-go membership
If you're not ready for a full membership, our flexible Pay to Play option allows you to only pay for the sessions you attend. There's no joining fee for this membership.
