Tuesday 18th March 2025
Colyer-Fergusson Concert Hall, Canterbury Campus
10:30-15:30
Open to all University of Kent Students
Your Careers and Employability Service is hosting a large group of employers and organisations at the Spring Careers Fair.
Our guests are keen to meet students and provide information about their businesses and organisations. Make sure you don't miss out and pop along to the Colyer-Fergusson, between 10:30 - 15:30 on the 18th March.
Undergraduate Year 1, 2 and Finalists; Postgraduates Taught and Research and recent graduates are all welcome at the Spring careers fair.
If you are at the beginning of your University journey there are still many benefits you can gain from attending a careers fair. This includes scouting out opportunities for placements and internships, talking to your careers team about your future and considering what sectors may interest you.
For finalists, this is a great opportunity for you to consider your future after graduating. Explore different sectors, graduate opportunities and talk to your careers and employability team.
Medway students are welcome to attend all Careers and Employability Service events held at our Canterbury Campus throughout the year and the careers fair is no exception!
The Canterbury Campus is located 20 minutes outside of Canterbury City Centre, you can find it on a map here.
The Campus Shuttle
There is a shuttle service which runs from our Medway campus to the Canterbury Campus for students and staff. You can find out more about this service using the link below.
Other Ways To Get Here
If you don't fancy the shuttle there are other ways to get to the campus. See more about this below
We know that a careers fair can be daunting. Crowds can make some individuals feel anxious or cause concerns about physical access.
The Careers service will be starting the Careers Fair with a calmer 30 minute slot. We'll begin to admit visitors to the exhibition space from 10:00 - 10:30, the space itself will take a calm and quieter approach. This is intended to give you time to meet with employers and organisations in a less crowded space before our main event begins (you are of course welcome to stay for this too).
If you feel you need to take a break throughout the fair, you can come and go as you please until it finishes at 15:30.
