Kathy works with SMEs, NGOs and charities to provide workplace experiences to benefit Kent students and organisations.
Interests: 
Kathy is  interested in finding ways for the University of Kent to collaborate with the local business community to retain graduates in East Kent, boosting the local economy. She focuses on creating opportunities for work placements, internships, work experience days, and volunteering. For Kathy, employability is paramount, and she is dedicated to enhancing it through these initiatives.
