Irene works within the Careers and Employability department managing the Kent Career Mentoring project and supporting software.  Irene supports the Alumni Department in communications with Alumni mentors.
Interests: 
Irene's field of interest is Career development and Mentoring. She believes that access to guidance early on is a major determinant of positive career outcomes.
