We are committed that students will be able to claim back any direct costs, such as travel or childcare, they have incurred during the periods of industrial action.

Industrial action expense claims

The deadline for submitting expense claims relating to industrial action during the Spring Term 2025 is 30 May 2025.

How to claim

  1. Read the Student Incidental Expenses Procedure 
  2. Complete and sign the Claim Form (an electronic signature is fine) scan all receipts and email the receipts and Claim Form to: expenses@kent.ac.uk
