If you have recently changed your programme of study or are repeating a year, your ID card may have passed its expiry date. Please request a new card free of charge using the below form.
Please note that only students may order a replacement card and you will be emailed when it is available for collection. For distance learners, it will be posted to the term time address given in your order form. This form is for both Canterbury and Medway students.
